Shipping Responsibility:

Once your order leaves our warehouse and is in the hands of our trusted courier partners, Mollie et Moi is not responsible for any shipment delays or delivery issues. However, we're committed to ensuring that your orders are processed thoroughly and without delay.

Signature Requirement:

For security reasons, all our packages are shipped with a signature requirement. Please provide an address where someone can sign for the package. In case no one is available during delivery, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

Processing and Transit Time:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and select holidays. It typically takes 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Shipping Services and Transit Times:

  • Thailand: We use EMS Thai Post, Flash or Kerry for delivery, with an estimated transit time of 3-5 business days.
  • United States and International: United States and International orders are shipped via DHL or EMS Thai Post with an estimated transit time of 10-15 business days.

United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, Thailand, and United States.

Duties and International Fees:

Please note that customs or import duties are typically charged when the package arrives at its destination country. These fees, as well as any shipment fees, are paid to your local carrier or government. Mollie et Moi does not have control over these fees and cannot estimate or confirm the costs, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on fees before placing your order to avoid unforeseen charges.

Address Accuracy and Changes:

It's crucial to enter your shipping address correctly during checkout. If you need to make changes to the address, please contact us at mollieetmoi@gmail.com as soon as possible. While we do our best to accommodate address changes, there may be time limitations, and we cannot guarantee changes once the parcel is in transit.
