When does my box ship?

Your box will be shipped one week before the new season starts according to the seasonal calendar year. 

For 2021, please see the below shipping schedules; 

  • Spring box begins shipping on March 15th, 2021.
  • Summer box begins shipping on June 14th, 2021. (PAUSE)
  • Fall box begins shipping on September 15th, 2021. (PAUSE) 
  • Winter box begins shipping on December 13th, 2021. (PAUSE)

 

For 2022, please see the below shipping schedules; 

  • Spring box begins shipping on March 14th, 2022.
  • Summer box begins shipping on June 13th, 2022.
  • Fall box begins shipping on September 15th, 2022.  
  • Winter box begins shipping on December 12th, 2022.

  

How much does shipping cost?

Domestic Shipping

You will be billed an additional $9.95/quarter for all domestic orders shipping within the United States.

 

International Shipping

You will be billed an additional $25.95/quarter for all international orders shipping outside the United States.

 

When will I be charged for my membership?

You will automatically be charged for your seasonal box based on your Membership Plan.

 

For Modish: Quarterly Membership, you will automatically be charged one week before the new seasonal box is shipped. You will receive an email confirmation of your order to the email address we have on file.

 

For Voguish: Annually Membership, you will automatically be charged on the same date as your first payment was made (or upgrade membership, if applicable), plus additional shipping charges per quarter for total of three quarters until renewal. You will receive an email confirmation of your order to the email address we have on file.

 

Cancellation

All Mollie et Moi memberships renew automatically. Memberships can be cancelled anytime before the annual renewal for Voguish: Annually Membership and before the quarterly renewal date after the two boxes have shipped for Modish: Quarterly Membership

 

If you would like to cancel your membership, please be sure to do so 48 hours before your renewal date since the cancellation cannot be applied retroactively. There are no cancellation fees.
